ARTICLE 1: Pricing conditions
The apartments are offered by the night and by the week. The totals displayed on the hotel’s official website are in euros (€) including VAT.
Any changes made by the government to the VAT rate will automatically be implemented at the date the new rate comes into effect.
The prices offered vary depending on the check-in date, type of apartment, and number of guests for the same booking.
To enter the wellness area (Swimming pool – Steam Room – Sauna – Jacuzzi) you must make a booking request per guest. This service is invoiced on top of the booking of one or several apartments.
Some offers may include access to the wellness area.
You will be required to pay for your overnight stays on site when you check into the tourism residence.

ARTICLE 2: Check in and check out
Check-in time after 3.00 pm. Check-out time before 11.00 am.
In the event of a late check out, guests must inform the hotel reception. One hour after the planned check-out time (11.00 am), you will be invoiced a €24 surcharge, including VAT.
If guest has not warned the hotel reception, a €48 surcharge, including VAT, per hour or part thereof will be invoiced to the guest.
If the guest should check out late, after 3.00 pm, they will be charged the total amount for an additional night at the day rate.

The tourism residence reserves the right to refuse any bookings if the credit card number should prove incorrect.
Upon check in and as a guarantee of good faith, a credit card debit authorisation will be made and may be effective when additional services are requested by the guest (Access to wellness area – Breakfast – Conciergerie – Room service – Car park fees).
In the event that the customer's liability is incurred as stated in “ARTICLE 4: Liabilities” The tourism residence reserves the right to charge the credit card.

ARTICLE 4: Liabilities
The Barracuda & SPA is not responsible for any theft, loss or damage to a guest’s belongings during their stay.
Guests are liable for any damage, deterioration, vandalism, incivility that may occur during their occupation of the apartment or the hotel, related to the services provided by the Barracuda and spa (tourism residence and furniture and apartment furnishings – all types of residence and apartment decorations – external joinery / glazing).
The tourism residence is equipped with a video surveillance security system in the common areas, which does not interfere with the privacy of the guests inside the apartments when booking.
Guests are liable for any damage, deterioration, vandalism, incivility that may occur during their occupation of the apartment or the hotel, related to the services provided by the Barracuda and spa (tourism residence and furniture and apartment furnishings – all types of residence and apartment decorations – external joinery / glazing).

Bookings are fully confirmed when full payment is received on check in at the residence, or in advance via the website, telephone or email.
The tourism residence reserves the right to request a credit card imprint on all services requested on top of the apartment such as access to the wellness area – breakfasts – room service – conciergerie – car park fees – cleaning services – Spa treatments/massages – sale of cosmetic products and linen.
Access to the wellness area requires booking beforehand.
Access to the wellness area is limited to a maximum of 10 people.

ARTICLE 6 – Pets
We accept pets in the establishment, but charge a supplement of €20 per animal per day.
Visually impaired people may enter the residence with a guide dog, if they show proof of disability, which is compulsory.

ARTICLE 7 – Non-smoking
It is strictly prohibited to smoke inside the apartments. A penalty of €500, including VAT, will automatically be debited to the credit card imprint given as a guarantee.
In the case of damage to the apartment (ingrained smell of cigarettes, cigarette marks on the floor / wall / windows / furniture, etc.) the etablishment will claim against the perpetrator in court for the loss of turnover (closure of the apartment for intensive washing of walls - floors - replacement of furniture).

ARTICLE 8 – Personal data
When you book a stay in our tourism residence, your personal data is stored in our guest register by our establishment management software.
This data allows us to confirm bookings, to invoice you and to provide you with information on the terms of sale and check in.
They are also used to provide you with commercial offers and for satisfaction surveys.
If you wish to refuse having your information stored, you can send a request to the e-mail address on the Barracuda & SPA website.

The terms of the Barracuda & SPA, located on 32-34 Quai Commandant Malbert – 29200 BREST apply to all sales.

ARTICLE 11 - Wellness area and Phytomer treatments.
The SPA is open to the tourism residence guests.
It is also used by the general public, for which bookings are compulsory.
When booking, a credit card or a gift voucher number will be requested as a guarantee.
To book the VIP AND SPA offer you will be asked for a 30% down payment to confirm it, and the balance 72 hours before of your visit.
Our gift vouchers are valid up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
If you wish to change or cancel a booking for the wellness area and treatments, please inform us at least 72 hours beforehand.
Otherwise, please note that the full amount will be invoiced.
We recommend that you turn up 10 minutes before your treatment starts to get the best from it.
A late arrival will not result in a prolongation of the treatment, the total of which will be invoiced.
We ask you to warn the beautician of any health problems you may have (allergy, wound, heart condition, illness, etc.) and to tell us if you are pregnant when you book.
Pregnant women are advised against using the sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi.
Our massages are relaxation treatments and are not therapeutic or of a medical nature.
Children under 16 years old will not be admitted to the wellness area, for your peace and quiet.
Minors between 16 and 18 years old are admitted if accompanied by an adult.
Linen, slippers, and bathrobes are available under your responsibility.
Remember to take your swimwear for the wellness area.
Secure cloakroom facilities are available. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
