Inaugurated in 1835 and electrified in 1932, the Saint-Mathieu lighthouse has now been electrified since 2005. It is recognizable by its pure white silhouette and its large red letters.

It is possible to visit the Saint-Mathieu lighthouse all year round during guided tours: after climbing the 167 steps (37 meters), you will enjoy an exceptional view of the Pointe du Raz and the Iroise Marine Natural Park .

Good to know: during the summer, the Saint-Mathieu lighthouse is exceptionally open for night visits.
